Dilan Gomih is a celebrated speaker, fitness specialist, and Founder of Dilagence, a company that helps organizations and individuals achieve high performance through well-being.
From creating impactful strategy to leading dynamic events to one-on-one performance coaching, Dilan helps organizations and the people within them to operationalize wellness into their existing lives and catalyze higher productivity.
Her combination of corporate expertise, work as a fitness trainer, and her Harvard MBA allowed her to create a unique methodology that helps busy professionals take control of their time and transform their performance. Her perspective and approach have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Oprah Daily, The New York Times, Business Insider, PopSugar, Shape Magazine, and PureWow. Prior to finding her own passion for wellness, Dilan spent several years in Foreign Exchange & Senior Relationship Management at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Living this hectic corporate life, Dilan understands the challenges facing her clients and tailors her recommendations to ensure wellness fits into their lives. Dilan’s mission is to create a world where there’s no tradeoff between well-being and working hard. Rooted in behavior change strategy, she coaches corporate and individual clients from organizations like Google, Pinterest, NYU, and Morgan Stanley to maximize their performance and implement well-being solutions in the workplace.
During each engagement, Dilan brings her experience from driving strategic initiatives at world-class fitness brands like Barry’s, CrossFit, and Equinox as well as her in-depth fitness knowledge from teaching on-camera classes to thousands of loyal followers and training for American Ninja Warrior. Dilan’s work is applauded for her energetic and practical approach to creating trusting relationships with clients and delivering sustainable behavioral changes.
Dilan earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a BA from Yale University. She is also a National Academy of Sports Certified Personal Trainer, Women’s Fitness Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a Behavior Change Specialist. She serves as a strategic advisor to the Tuck Initiative on Workplace Inclusion at Dartmouth.
